Welcome to the information page for the Tour of Georgia! Here is where you can find regular updates concerning the trip. This year we will be leaving on Monday, May 14th and returning on Friday, May 18th. Please click on forms at the top of the page to find the application and payment information. The application is what you need to send in when you are ready to pay your deposit. The payment information gives you due dates and some initial information about fundraisers. There will be more detail soon on fundraisers. Please check here for updates and for more regular updates sign up for remind 101 text messages. Instructions for that are listed below. 

Our goal is to take 85 students and be able to take two buses this year. We will take deposits for up to 90 people to attend and will get a second bus, but only if the bus is going to be full. For the first bus, we can take 45 deposits. After those spots are filled we will start a waiting list for those who have paid a deposit. If the waiting lists grows large enough we will add a second bus. If we are unable to take the second bus those deposits for the waiting list will be refunded. 

CURRENTLY WE STILL NEED 15 PEOPLE TO BE ABLE TO TAKE THE SECOND BUS! I will have to make the decision on whether or not to cancel that bus by November.

Our first fundraiser finished today. I will be putting it in the mail this afternoon or at the latest first thing Monday morning (9-11). The order will be back 4 to 6 weeks from then.  

Next payment is due Wednesday, September 20th! If you earned at least $75 through cookie fundraiser, the payment is not necessary.
